Two leading Japanese animations inspire all these new editions; NARUTO & BORUTO.

NARUTO, the Japanese animation, was first released in Japan in 2002. Then it was introduced worldwide and eventually gained mass fan following throughout the world.

Boruto Uzumaki, Naruto’s son, was first introduced in NARUTO and then came out as a different sequel series named BORUTO based on the adventures of Boruto Uzumaki.

Seiko 5 Sports is presenting their latest edition based on the well-known characters of these two animations: Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Lee, Gaara from NARUTO, and Boruto and Sarada from BORUTO. Quite impressive, isn’t it!

Seiko’s limited series will be launched in next December as a limited edition of 6500 pieces each. You can get one for yourself from Seiko Boutique and all of its selected retailing partners.

The most iconic outfit of Naruto was the ninja outfit that symbolizes the design of the watch. Worn-like bezel appeals for the challenging training needed to become a Hokage, a title given to the leader of Naruto’s village, Hidden Leaf Village. His forehead protector depicts the bezel ring plate engraved deeply with his village symbol.

The spiral pattern of the dial is inspired by Naruto’s ninja technique, Jutsu “Rasengan.” Here you will see nine orange indexes points the Nine-Tiles by which Naruto was sealed during midnight position; these represent his inherited pendant from the senior Hokage, Tsunade.

The Japanese sign, Uzumaki Clan’s Kamon, used to adorn and identify an individual, family, or institution, is printed on the back of the case.

The bezel, symbolized with the horizontal line of the Hidden Leaf Village’s, represents the scar marked on Sasuke’s forehead protector by Naruto. The unique sign of Clan, “Sharingan,” is engraved in the watch crown, and the back of the watch is printed with the Uchiha Clan’s Kamon.

This edition of the watch is inspired by the character Boruto Uzumaki who is Naruto’s son and inherited his ninja technique, Jutsu “Rasengan.” The watch’s dial is black with a spiral pattern, and the strip is colored with vivid pink, which reflects the costume color of Baruto.

The animation, Boruto’s logo, uses a bolt used for the indexing of midnight. The backside is printed with the Uzumaki Clan’s Kamon.

The red dilution of the dial of this edition is inspired by the “Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu” of Sarada Uchiha, who inherited this ninja technique from her father, Sasuke. The indexing of the 5 o’clock position is designed by the single Tomoe mark, which indicates Sarada’s youngness, and she is in training period to improve her “Sharingan.”

Sarada inherited her father, Sasuke, and her mother, Sakura’s characteristics, like a Ninja, which is represented by the two-toned color of the bezel. The bezel and also the back of the watch are printed with Uchiha Clan’s Kamon.
