Yes. Customers mail us watches and clocks from all over the country. We'll show you exactly how to pack and ship it, and every piece is logged, photographed, and tracked from the moment it arrives until it's back in your hands.
How much does a repair cost?
Every timepiece is different, so we examine yours first and send you a free estimate. You decide before any work begins.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the piece and the work it needs. We'll give you a timeframe along with your estimate, and you can check your repair status online anytime.
Do you repair my brand?
Almost certainly. We repair nearly every watch brand, from Rolex and Omega to Bulova and Timex, and mechanical clocks from Seth Thomas, Howard Miller, and more, including discontinued and vintage makers.
Another shop said it can't be fixed. Can you?
