You can pack your watch securely in a sturdy box with plenty of cushioning and include either the printed PDF repair form or a note with your reference number and contact details. Use any major carrier you prefer—USPS, UPS, or FedEx—but avoid sending it in the original watch box. International shipments usually transfer to the U.S. Postal Service unless sent directly through UPS or FedEx. Proper packaging protects your timepiece in transit and ensures a smooth start to the repair process.

Yes, you can send multiple watches in the same shipment. If you use the online form, the single reference number will cover all the timepieces you list, so just include that reference number in the package. If you prefer the PDF form, please fill out a separate one for each watch. This ensures everything is logged correctly and each watch receives the attention it needs.

International Customers: We’re proud to serve watch owners from all over the world. To send your watch in, simply include either the printed PDF repair form or a note with your reference number and contact details. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process by email, using Google Translate when needed to ensure clear communication in your language. Once you approve the free estimate, you can pay securely through our online payment portal, and after the repair is complete, we’ll return your watch via UPS. Return shipping costs are based on actual carrier rates.

Repair Timeline

Once your watch arrives at our facility, we promptly notify you to confirm its safe receipt. It then undergoes a meticulous process, including a detailed inspection, professional photography, and precise categorization to ensure an accurate assessment. Repair estimates are typically provided within a week, though cases requiring specialized parts may take longer as we consult manufacturers and vendors for availability and pricing. Once we have all necessary details, we will provide you with a comprehensive repair proposal for your approval. No work will proceed without your explicit consent, ensuring you remain fully informed and in control every step of the way.

The time required to repair your watch depends on various factors, including its model and the complexity of the work needed. Routine services, such as battery replacements or capacitor changes, are completed quickly for a fast turnaround. However, restoring vintage or antique timepieces, especially those over a century old, can take several months to ensure the highest level of precision and care. When providing your estimate, we aim to give a clear timeline, though sourcing specific parts may cause additional delays. Our priority is to keep you informed every step of the way while ensuring meticulous craftsmanship in every repair.

We are committed to meeting your specific timing needs whenever possible, while maintaining realistic expectations and open communication from the start. In watch repair, it’s often said, “Good work takes time,” and we stand by this philosophy, ensuring every repair is completed with the exceptional quality and care your timepiece deserves—even if it requires a little extra patience.

Water Resistance & Testing

We use professional-grade Witschi and Sigma equipment, including the Witschi Proofmaster pressure tester, which uses both vacuum and positive pressure to measure case deformation and detect leaks without immersing the watch in water. This method is precise, industry-standard, and allows us to verify water resistance immediately after service using controlled pressure conditions.

Payments & Approval

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. International customers can also make secure payments easily through our online portal.

Repair Guarantee

Yes, all of our repairs come with a guarantee. If you ever experience an issue after service, you can mail the watch back to us or request a return shipping label, and we’ll be happy to review it and correct anything that may have occurred. If you have any questions or need assistance at any point, just Contact Us and our team will be glad to help.

All approved repairs include free return shipping. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll still return your watch safely; the shipping and handling fee is $10.00 USD, plus $3 for each additional watch, payable by credit card. International customers pay actual shipping rates and may also use our online portal for convenience.
