Our services include battery replacement, water resistance testing, case back repair, precision adjustment, pin and band repair, clasp restoration, dial work, polishing, and crystal replacement. We service quartz, electric, chronograph, and digital (LCD and LED) movements, relume hands, and replace capacitors, solar cells, and perpetual calendar batteries.

For mechanical, automatic, and kinetic watches, we offer cleaning, full movement overhauls, stem and crown replacement, retro-fitting movements, and re-threading case back screws.

Very often, yes. We specialize in watches others have called "unrepairable" or too difficult to source parts for. Our experience and resources let us restore modern, vintage, and antique watches that many shops turn away. We also provide specialized repair services to watchmakers nationwide.

Yes. Our watchmakers trained at renowned watchmaking schools in Bienne, Switzerland, and are proud members of the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI). That training, plus decades of hands-on experience, lets us service everything from Swiss luxury watches to everyday fashion pieces.

Every watch is different. We can offer general insight from your description, but an accurate estimate requires our watchmakers to examine your watch in person. That way we fully understand the work needed and can give you the most accurate assessment and the best recommendation.

The online form is the easiest way, and it gives you a repair reference number to include in your package. If you'd rather not use it, write down the same information on a sheet of paper and include it with your watch.

We accept deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please include your repair reference number and ship using a tracked method.

Wrap your watch in bubble wrap or soft cloth and pack it in a small, sturdy box with plenty of padding, along with a note showing your repair reference number. Ship with any major carrier, tracked and insured.

No, please leave original, factory, or sentimental boxes at home. Completed repairs are returned in our own protective packaging, and incoming boxes are not returned.

Yes. If you use the online form, one repair reference number covers every watch you list, so just include that number in the package. If you write out your information on paper, please include a separate sheet for each watch.

When your watch arrives, we let you know it's safely received. It's then inspected, photographed, and evaluated. Estimates are typically provided within a week of arrival. If special parts are needed, we may check with manufacturers or suppliers first, which can add a little time. No work begins without your approval.

It depends on the watch and the work it needs. Battery and capacitor replacements are usually quick, while restoring a vintage or antique watch, especially one over a century old, may take several months. We'll give you a realistic timeframe with your estimate and keep you informed along the way.

We'll do our best to meet your timing while being honest about what's realistic. As the saying goes in watch repair, good work takes time, and we're committed to doing it right.

We use professional-grade Witschi and Sigma equipment, including the Witschi Proofmaster pressure tester. It uses both vacuum and positive pressure to detect leaks without putting your watch in water, so we can verify water resistance right after service.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

All approved repairs include free return shipping. If you decide not to proceed, we'll still return your watch safely for a $10 shipping and handling fee, plus $3 for each additional watch, payable by credit card.

Yes. Every repair is backed by our one-year warranty. If you ever have an issue after service, mail the watch back to us or ask for a return shipping label, and we'll review it and make it right. Contact Us anytime.

Yes. Our Layton Hills Mall and Newgate Mall stores in Utah offer walk-in service seven days a week. Visit our Contact Us page for hours and directions. Our repair center itself is mail-in only.
