My Seth Thomas clock is a family heirloom – it was given to my grandfather in the 1950’s as a recognition for his community service. It fell from my fireplace mantel and was damaged. Great place to get your cuckoo clock fixed. From the moment my clock arrived to when I received it back home, they called to let me know the status of the fix. They also worked hard to find an acceptable solution for getting my clock back in tick-tock shape without spending a fortune. I was happy there were alternatives and now my clock is back home and we are enjoying our favorite cuckoo clock, again.

I have a vintage 1910 Seth Thomas Marine Clock which was given to my grandfather. It’s been passed down through generations. The clock always worked perfectly until last year when a critical part of the clock’s works broke. I couldn’t find a clockmaker to fix it locally because no one could get replacement parts. I became aware of Ticking Times and read their reviews which were excellent. I shipped the clock to them out in Utah.  About seven weeks later they shipped the clock back to me. I’m delighted with their work. The clock is running perfectly now. I’d recommend Ticking Times highly. They’re also very nice people to deal with and they always return calls.
