My Seth Thomas clock is a family heirloom – it was given to my grandfather in the 1950’s as a recognition for his community service. It fell from my fireplace mantel and was damaged. I was fortunate to find Times Ticking on the Internet. They did a wonderful job repairing and restoring my clock which now sits proudly on my mantel again. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the helpfulness offered at every point in the process. Trusted a very sentimental clock to Times Ticking for refurbishment. Spoke on the phone and immediately felt that they were the right company. They explained the process to us and the turn around time. We received our clock back in the agreed time frame and were amazed at the quality of repair not only to the clock casing but the clock works as if new. I have a vintage 1910 Seth Thomas Marine Clock which was given to my grandfather. It’s been passed down through generations. The clock always worked perfectly until last year when a critical part of the clock’s works broke. I couldn’t find a clockmaker to fix it locally because no one could get replacement parts. I became aware of Ticking Times and read their reviews which were excellent. I shipped the clock to them out in Utah.  About seven weeks later they shipped the clock back to me. I’m delighted with their work. The clock is running perfectly now. I’d recommend Ticking Times highly. They’re also very nice people to deal with and they always return calls.

My parents own a schoolhouse circa 1870’s that I had cleaned for their 60th anniversary. The job was done on time at the exact price quoted, I would trust no one else with my clocks. The staff was very friendly and communicated with me when the job was complete. I was initially hesitant to send off a clock to another state without personally visiting a physical store. However, the staff at Times Ticking immediately contacted me once the clock was received and provided a quote and estimated timeline to fix. I received the fixed clock back through the mail much earlier than anticipated and in wonderful working condition! I am so happy with how my Seth Thomas clock turned out! Thanks to Times Ticking I learned that I inherited a priceless 200+ year-old wall clock (with wood gears), and also thanks to Times Ticking I am able to use it to keep time in my office and enjoy hearing the warm “tick tock” while I work. Effective communication, exemplary care with my antique, and reasonable pricing.

Our old Seth Thomas clock was destined to be passed down to another generation (4th) not working. Thanks to TT for giving it life and a future.
