The Legacy of Buler: A History of Precision, Style and Innovation

Buler was a Swiss watch brand founded in 1945 in Lengnau, Switzerland, as part of the SSIH group alongside Tissot and Omega. Known for its innovative designs and affordability, Buler gained popularity in the 1960s and 1970s for producing reliable automatic and manual-wind watches that combined Swiss craftsmanship with modern styling. The brand was also recognized for its “Dynamic” and “Aquastar”-style sport models, which reflected the adventurous spirit of the era.

Although production slowed during the quartz crisis, Buler remains appreciated today among collectors for its distinctive vintage aesthetics and solid Swiss engineering.
