Expert Watch Repair
Kenneth Cole started in 1985, when he opened his first store on Columbus Avenue in Manhattan. After a short period, the brand opened another store on Union Street in San Francisco. The retail company stores of the brand can now be found worldwide in different countries such as Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Israel, United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa.
We know that your Kenneth Cole watch is important to you and understand that the sentimental value more often than not outweighs the monetary value. Our expert watchmakers strive to make sure your watch can be worn for many years to come.
Not only can we take preemptive measures to keep your watch running for a long time, but we can restore watches that have seen better days. We are willing to hunt for rare parts. We have done many repairs that others have given up on. No job is too big or too small and we can do any repair on any watch. Our repairs can be as simple as a battery change, pin replacement, or band replacement, and can be as complicated as a dial refinish, a band/case polish, movement clean and overhaul and even a complete restoration.
We have a simple process for mailing your watch to us, our estimates are free and we offer free return shipping on repaired watches.
Times Ticking began in 1983 as a retail store and repair center for watches and clocks. I found Times Ticking on the internet. The last time I had a watch repaired locally it cost more than the watch did new. I got it back just like new 2 weeks later and 2,000 miles away. HIGHLY recommended.
Times Ticking was prompt, inexpensive, and even phoned when they got my watch and told me in advance what it would cost to repair.

I have a Kenneth Cole watch that is my favorite watch. Needless to say, I wore it every day to work and I am pretty rough on watches. I broke the band, broke the crystal and it was a touch screen watch. Nothing digital worked on it anymore. Sent it off to Times Ticking and they called me upon receipt. They told me how much it would cost to fix it and how long it would take. To my pleasure, it came back like new. I was not able to find the original band for the watch much less someone that could fix the crystal. They did both. Very satisfied. Would send all of my difficult to fix watches there. THANKS A MILLION!!!!!!

From Chicago to Utah and back…. No one was able to fix my watch in my area after taking it to countless places. I sent this Kenneth Cole watch into Times Ticking and they promptly called me back with an estimate and my watch was back within 15 days. Awesome service!!

These guys are great! I emailed a heads up that my Kenneth Cole was on the way for service and they responded immediately that they would call me when received. A second call came in when they determined what needed to be done. Next I knew, the watch was back in my mailbox looking as good as new — if not better 😉 All communications were personable and friendly. They come across as gracious and pleased to be of service. Yes, I recommend and will continue to use Times Ticking.

When I realized my beautiful Kenneth Cole watch had maybe seen better days, I found Times Ticking and took a chance to see if it could be fixed. I was beyond pleased with the service, received a call when it arrived, a call with an estimate, and within a week to 10 days, I received my watch completely fixed and as good as new!

How nice to do business with someone who has good customer services skills- offers an estimate, does what they say will do and does an excellent job.
I had tried several local watch repair businesses to try to have my Kenneth Cole watch repaired, but I was told that the watch could not be repaired, so I put the watch, one of my favorites, sadly aside. Then I came upon an ad for Times Ticking and sent them an email explaining my failed efforts to have my watch repaired. Jesse, head technician at Times Ticking, explained that I could ship my watch to his shop and they would let me know if it was worth repairing, and if I was not satisfied they would mail the watch back to me at no cost. Shortly after he received my watch, Jesse contacted me, told me they could repair the watch and gave me a very reasonable price which I quickly accepted. Now I have my watch running beautifully, looking almost new, and I’m a very happy camper. I fully recommend Times Ticking to anyone and am very grateful to Jesse and the Times Ticking staff.

Very satisfied with my experience. My favorite watch is now back running and working perfectly. I was a little leary as we are in GA and they are not but they were very timely and easy to communicate with so it all worked out great.

I was thrilled that they were able to repair and clean up a watch that I had inherited from my mother. It looks great and works great. The service was fast. The person who called me about the watch was very friendly and seemed grateful for my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again if the need arises. So refreshing to receive such good customer service these days!

I highly recommend Times Ticking for watch repair. Jesse & crew know their stuff and even take the time to talk with you. They communicate very friendly/professionally and most of all the prices are more than fair for such craftsmen skills! My opinion: They are like the American Restoration of watches.
