During the quartz crisis, Technos adapted by shifting to battery-powered watches and became closely tied to the Brazilian market, where it remains a major brand today; while its Swiss production era has ended, vintage Technos watches are still valued by collectors for their craftsmanship and role in making Swiss-style watchmaking more accessible worldwide.
